History

As the company continued to flourish, Betty, along with her son, Wallace, and daughter-in-law, Janet, purchased Baechtel's Greenhouse at 2859 Freeport Road and remodeled it into offices and living quarters. By 1975, Betty was so successful that she had to move out so her residence could be converted into more offices.

Years turned into decades and Betty Czekalski Agency became Czekalski Real Estate Inc. In 1989 several more associates and the third generation of the Czekalski family joined Betty in her real estate business. The office was bursting at the seams!

The current home of Czekalski Real Estate Inc. is 2725 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights. Wally and Janet purchased the building known as the Harrison Estate in 1989 and converted the mansion into offices. Wally currently oversees a staff of state certified appraisers in the appraisal services department and Janet manages many Realtors in the sales division.

Our company is unique to our area because it has stayed in the same family and has been passed down through generations. In her 80th decade, Betty still watches over her business that became her passion, Czekalski Real Estate, Inc. Multiple generations of the same family have worked together serving our clients. Christine, the eldest of the Czekalski children, originally worked as the company's general secretary before becoming a sales associate. Their son, Wallace ("Tyke") designs and administers the network of computers. Their youngest daughter, Michelle, is a Certified General Appraiser and Associate Broker with the firm. Betty is proud to welcome the fourth generation into the business with her oldest great-grandson, Michael Zeiler, who has completed training towards an appraisal certification.
